1) Ownership of Content

All content on this Site—including but not limited to text, logos, graphics, images, videos, design, layout, software, and code—is the property of The Neck Life, LLC or our licensors, suppliers, or affiliates and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual-property laws.

Unless otherwise stated:

You may not copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, distribute, or create derivative works of any content without our prior written permission.
Our trademarks, trade dress, and logos (including "The Neck Life" and associated branding) may not be used without written consent.
All other product names, logos, and brands are the property of their respective owners and are used for identification only.

2) User-Generated Content (UGC)

If you submit or share content with us (reviews, comments, images, testimonials, social media tags, or uploads):

You affirm that you own or have the necessary rights to share that content.
You grant The Neck Life, LLC a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, distribute, adapt, modify, and display such content in connection with our business (including marketing and advertising), in any media, without compensation.
We may moderate, remove, or refuse UGC at our sole discretion.

3) Copyright Infringement Policy (DMCA Compliance)

We respect the intellectual-property rights of others and require that users do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512) and applicable global standards, we will respond promptly to claims of copyright infringement reported to us.

a) How to Submit a DMCA Notice

If you believe that material on our Site infringes your copyright, please send a written notice to admin@thenecklife.com with all of the following:

Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
Identification of the infringing material (URL or specific location).
Your full name, company (if applicable), mailing address, phone number, and email.

A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized agent.
Your physical or electronic signature.

b) Removal of Material

Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice, we may remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material and notify the user responsible.

c) Counter-Notice

If you believe material removed was not infringing, you may submit a counter-notice to admin@thenecklife.com that includes:

Identification of the material removed or disabled and its prior location.
A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief that the material was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification.
Your name, address, phone number, and consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for your address (or Florida, if outside the U.S.), and that you will accept service of process from the complainant.
Your physical or electronic signature.

If a valid counter-notice is received, we may restore the removed material unless the copyright owner files a court action seeking to restrain use of the material within 10–14 business days.

4) Repeat Infringers

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend accounts of repeat infringers or users who are the subject of multiple valid DMCA notices.

5) Trademarks

"The Neck Life" name, logo, slogans, and associated branding are trademarks of The Neck Life, LLC. Unauthorized use, imitation, or dilution is prohibited.

Other trademarks, service marks, and logos appearing on the Site are the property of their respective owners and do not imply endorsement.

6) Third-Party Content

Some product descriptions, images, and specifications are provided by third-party vendors. While we make efforts to use authorized materials, we do not guarantee that third-party content is free of rights claims. If you believe third-party content used on our Site infringes your IP rights, please contact us at admin@thenecklife.com.

7) International Users

This Policy is designed to comply with U.S. law but is also applied to international rights holders. If you are outside the U.S., you may still report claims by following the same DMCA procedure above.
