1) Scope of This Addendum

This California Privacy Addendum supplements our Privacy Policy and applies solely to visitors, users, and customers who reside in California. It is provided to comply with the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 (CCPA) and the California Privacy Rights Act of 2020 (CPRA).

2) Categories of Personal Information We Collect

In the past 12 months, we may have collected the following categories of personal information:

Internet or Network Activity (e.g., browsing behavior on our Site, cookies).

Right to Non-Discrimination — We won’t deny goods/services or provide different prices/levels for exercising your rights.

6) How to Exercise Your Rights

You can also manage preferences by:

Using the “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” link in the site footer, and
Adjusting choices in the Cookie Banner/Preferences modal.

We’ll verify requests by matching them to information on file. Authorized agents may act on your behalf with proof of authorization.

7) Data Retention

We retain personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described above or as required by law.

8) California “Shine the Light”

We do not share personal information with third parties for their direct marketing in a way that triggers Civil Code §1798.83 disclosures.

9) Updates

We may update this Addendum from time to time. Changes will be posted here with a new Effective Date.
