a) Information You Provide
- Name, email, billing/shipping address, phone number (if provided), account login credentials.
- Payment information entered on Clover Hosted Checkout. Clover processes the card transaction; we do not store full payment-card numbers on our servers.
- Order history, returns, and preferences.
- Messages sent to us (customer support, reviews, survey responses).

- Device information (IP address, browser type, operating system, time zone).
- Website usage data (pages visited, links clicked, referring URL).

Optional website-recovery text messages
When you request a Trail Recovery text, we use your signed-in account identifier, mobile number, consent time and wording version, phone-confirmation status, reported issue identifier, a limited same-site return path, and delivery status to provide that specific non-marketing update. Entering a phone number alone does not subscribe it: you must check an optional consent box and confirm possession by texting your unique TRAIL code from that phone.
Mobile information and SMS opt-in consent are not sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We disclose information to messaging service providers, including Twilio and mobile carriers, only as needed to deliver and secure the messages you request. Your SMS choice does not enroll you in our newsletter.
Our website removes SMS request records, including raw phone numbers and return paths, after 30 days. We retain a keyed, non-plain-text phone identifier to honor opt-outs. Messaging providers may retain their own delivery records under their policies. We do not store free-form inbound SMS bodies in our recovery database or send them to the Codex bridge. 5) International Data Transfers
Although checkout and shipping are currently limited to eligible United States addresses, visitors may access the Site from other countries, and service providers may process information outside a visitor’s country of residence (including in the United States). We take steps to ensure appropriate safeguards are in place consistent with applicable law (e.g., GDPR standard contractual clauses).

We retain personal information only as long as necessary for the purposes described in this Policy or as required by law (e.g., for tax, accounting, or dispute-resolution purposes).

8) Cookies & Tracking
When you choose Save My Filters or save Shopping Preferences in your dashboard, we keep those choices with your account so they work on your next visit and across signed-in devices. They include product categories, sports, gender/species filters, colors, sizes, price ranges, specials, and sorting—not search words. You can change or remove them in your dashboard. This optional account feature works independently of analytics consent. Saving preferences does not enroll you in email or SMS marketing. If you separately opt into marketing, we may use your stated preferences to make relevant product recommendations; withdrawing marketing consent does not erase your shopping preferences.
When you allow analytics, our first-party shop insights record selected filters (including their combinations), result counts, device category, product views, and successful cart or wishlist additions. A random, short-lived browsing-session identifier may link these observations to a paid order. We use these reports to improve the catalog and shopping experience, not to identify you in the report. This feature does not collect raw search text, names, email addresses, phone numbers, IP addresses, or payment details. Observations are retained for up to 730 days, subject to a 500,000-observation storage limit; automatic cleanup runs when new observations arrive. Declining analytics prevents this tracking, and withdrawing consent stops future collection and order linkage. Browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control are also honored for this feature.
