Trail Recovery SMS Terms

Optional service updates, not marketing
Trail Recovery Texts is an optional program for signed-in customers who request an update about a specific website issue. After you give express consent on our web form and confirm your phone by texting your unique TRAIL code to 1-866-655-6325, we may send one signup confirmation and one automated recovery update for that request. This is not a newsletter, promotion, order confirmation or emergency service. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
Message frequency and cost
One confirmation and one recovery update per confirmed request. Additional STOP, START and HELP responses may be sent when you request them. Message and data rates may apply. Availability is limited to supported US and Canadian mobile numbers and carriers. Delivery and timing are not guaranteed; carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Requests expire after 30 days.
Stop or get help
Reply STOP to unsubscribe from this number. Reply HELP for help, or email service@thenecklife.com. You may also cancel a waiting request on the SMS signup page linked from the issue notice. A text already being processed may still arrive. Sending START removes the carrier block, but does not restore a cancelled website request. To request another update after opting out, complete a new web consent and phone confirmation for an eligible issue.
Your phone and privacy
Use only a number you control and tell us if it changes. Do not send passwords, payment details, or sensitive information. Mobile numbers and SMS opt-in consent are not sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We use service providers, including Twilio and mobile carriers, only as necessary to deliver and secure the requested messages. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Use the website to check your order
A recovery text means the reported website issue was checked. It does not authorize or repeat any payment, order, or form submission. Check your cart and order status before retrying. This number does not accept voice calls.
