1) General Shipping Terms
- Orders are fulfilled by third-party vendors/suppliers and shipped via reputable carriers.
- Processing time before shipment is typically 2–5 business days (varies by product/vendor).
- Any shipping timeframes shown at checkout or in emails are estimates, not guarantees.
2) Address Accuracy & Changes
- Please verify your shipping address at checkout. We aren’t responsible for delays or loss due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
- Address changes can only be attempted before an order ships and may not be possible once processing begins.
3) Risk of Loss & Title
- Title and risk of loss pass to you when the carrier accepts the shipment from the vendor.
- We aren’t liable for delays, damage, theft, or non-delivery caused by carriers, customs, weather, strikes, or other events beyond our control.
4) Shipping Locations
- We ship within the United States and select international destinations.
- Some items may have vendor, legal, or carrier restrictions (including limits on P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO/DPO).
5) Delivery Estimates
- Where available, estimates are shown at checkout.
- U.S. standard shipping: typically 7–21 business days after processing. International deliveries may take longer.
- Customs inspections, supply-chain issues, weather, or carrier disruptions can extend delivery times. These are not grounds for cancellation or refund unless required by law.
6) Tracking Information
- When available, you’ll receive tracking by email after shipment.
- Some vendors use regional carriers or consolidated logistics with limited or delayed tracking updates.
7) Failed Delivery & Refused Shipments
- If a package is returned due to incorrect address, inability to deliver, or refusal, you’re responsible for re-shipping costs and any applicable restocking fees.
- Original shipping/handling charges are non-refundable for failed deliveries.
8) Damaged, Lost, or Stolen Packages
- Report damage/shortage within 72 hours of delivery to admin@thenecklife.com with photos and details.
- If tracking shows “delivered” but you didn’t receive it:
- Check with neighbors/household/building management.
- Contact the carrier to open a missing-package claim.
- We’ll reasonably assist, but carrier investigations must conclude before replacement/refund is considered, and approval is subject to vendor policy.
9) International Orders
- Customs duties, VAT, and import fees are the buyer’s responsibility and are not included unless stated.
- We aren’t responsible for customs delays, seizures, or denied imports. Ensure the items are permitted in your country before ordering.
10) Split Shipments
- Multi-item orders may ship in separate packages from different vendors.
- ETA and tracking may differ by item.
11) Shipping Charges & Surcharges
- Costs are shown at checkout when available. Some products include shipping in their price; others calculate at checkout.
- Oversized/heavy items or remote areas may incur surcharges.
12) No Guaranteed Delivery Dates
- We do not guarantee delivery dates.
- Refunds, cancellations, or credits will not be issued solely for late delivery, unless required by applicable law.
13) Changes to This Policy
We may update this Shipping Policy from time to time. The latest version will always appear on this page and applies from its posted Effective Date.
