1) Accepted Payment Methods

By submitting a payment method, you represent and warrant that:

- You authorize us (and our third-party payment processors) to charge your payment method for the total amount of your order, including product prices, shipping, taxes, and fees.

3) Billing Currency & International Orders
- All transactions are processed in U.S. Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated.
- For international orders, currency conversion fees, foreign transaction fees, customs duties, or taxes may be charged by your bank, card issuer, or local authorities. These charges are your responsibility.
4) Recurring Payments & Subscriptions
If you purchase a subscription, membership, or other recurring service:
- You authorize us to charge your payment method automatically on a recurring basis until you cancel.
- Renewal frequency and amount will be disclosed at checkout.
- You may cancel recurring billing at any time by contacting us at admin@thenecklife.com before the next billing date.
- Partial or prorated refunds for unused subscription periods may not be available unless required by law.

- You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.
6) Order Verification & Fraud Prevention

- We reserve the right to contest chargebacks and provide evidence of valid transactions.
- Customers who abuse chargebacks may have accounts suspended or banned.
9) Taxes & Fees
- Product prices do not include applicable sales tax, VAT, customs duties, or handling fees unless explicitly stated.
- You are responsible for all such taxes and fees as required by your jurisdiction.

11) Errors & Corrections
In the event of pricing, listing, or billing errors:
