Neck Life

1) Scope of Policy

This Policy applies to all promotions, sales, discounts, coupon codes, gift cards, referral credits, loyalty points, and free trial offers provided by The Neck Life, LLC on www.thenecklife.com or through affiliated marketing channels (social media, email, influencer promotions).

By participating in any promotion, you agree to this Policy in addition to our Terms of Service and other legal documents.

2) General Rules

Promotions are time-limited and subject to availability.
All promotions are offered at our sole discretion and may be modified, suspended, or terminated at any time without prior notice.
Promotions cannot be applied to past orders, transferred, or exchanged for cash.
Only one promotion, coupon, or discount may be applied per order unless expressly stated.
Promotions have no cash value and may not be sold, traded, or bartered.

3) Coupon Codes & Discounts

Coupon codes must be entered at checkout to be applied.
Expired codes will not be honored.
Some promotions may be restricted by category, product, brand, or vendor.
We reserve the right to refuse redemption of coupons that we suspect are obtained fraudulently, duplicated, or misused.

4) Sales & Clearance Items

Sale and clearance prices are valid only during the promotional period and while supplies last.
Quantities may be limited.
Clearance and final-sale items may not be returnable or refundable unless defective (see Return Policy).

5) Referral & Rewards Promotions

If referral programs or reward points are offered:

Rewards may only be earned and redeemed as described in the applicable program rules.
Fraudulent referrals, self-referrals, or use of multiple accounts/emails to exploit promotions is prohibited.
Rewards have no cash value and may not be exchanged or redeemed for cash.
We may revoke or adjust rewards if we detect misuse or error.

6) Free Trials, Subscriptions & Memberships

If a promotion includes a free trial or introductory offer, you may be automatically enrolled into a recurring subscription once the trial ends unless you cancel before the renewal date.
It is your responsibility to manage cancellations before the renewal deadline to avoid charges.
Standard subscription terms (see Terms of Service) apply after the trial period.

7) Gift Cards

Gift cards may be issued in digital or physical form if offered.
Gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash (except where required by law).
Lost, stolen, or misused gift cards will not be replaced.

8) Exclusions & Restrictions

Unless otherwise stated, promotions do not apply to:

Taxes, shipping charges, or handling fees.
Oversized or restricted items.
Certain third-party or vendor-supplied products.
Orders that violate our Terms of Service.

9) Errors & Adjustments

We make every effort to provide accurate information about promotions. However, we are not responsible for typographical errors, technical glitches, or system failures that may affect pricing or discount application.

We reserve the right to:

Correct pricing errors,
Cancel orders resulting from incorrect promotional application, and
Adjust or withhold benefits if we determine misuse.

10) Governing Law

This Promotions & Discounts Policy is governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, and subject to the arbitration provisions of our Terms of Service.
