1) Applicability
This Addendum applies only to customers located in the European Union and the United Kingdom, and supplements our primary Return & Refund Policy. Where EU/UK law grants you additional rights, those rights apply in addition to (and may override) our general policy.
2) Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)
- Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive and the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel most online purchases within 14 calendar days from the date you (or someone you authorize) receive the goods.
- To exercise this right, you must notify us clearly (by email to admin@thenecklife.com) before the withdrawal period expires.
3) Refund Process
- If you exercise your withdrawal right, we will refund the cost of the goods and the standard shipping cost paid at checkout.
- Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving your cancellation notice or within 14 days of receiving the returned goods (whichever comes first).
- Refunds will be made to the original payment method.
4) Return of Goods
- You must return the goods to us or the vendor's designated return address within 14 days of notifying us of cancellation.
- You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods, unless otherwise required by law.
- Goods must be returned in unused, original condition with packaging, manuals, and accessories, unless handling was necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, or functioning of the goods.
5) Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
The following items are not eligible for withdrawal under EU/UK law:
- Customized or personalized products.
- Sealed goods (e.g., hygiene, wellness, apparel, safety, or consumables) once unsealed after delivery.
- Goods that by their nature cannot be returned (e.g., perishables).
- Goods combined inseparably with other items after delivery.
- Digital content delivered electronically if access/download has begun with your consent.
6) Faulty, Defective, or Misdescribed Goods
Your statutory rights remain unaffected. If goods are faulty, defective, or misdescribed, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with EU/UK consumer-protection laws, regardless of the withdrawal rules above.

8) Governing Law
This Addendum is governed by the consumer-protection laws of your country of residence in the EU or the UK, as applicable.
