1) General Shipping Terms
- We ship orders through third-party vendors, suppliers, and carriers.
- Shipping times and costs vary by product, vendor, and destination.
- All shipping times provided on the Site are estimates only and not guaranteed.
- Once an order is placed, it may take 2–5 business days for processing before shipment.
2) Risk of Loss & Title
- Title and risk of loss transfer to you once the order is handed to the carrier.
- We are not responsible for delays, damage, theft, or non-delivery caused by the carrier, customs, natural events, or other factors outside our control.
3) Shipping Locations
- We ship to addresses within the United States and selected international destinations.
- Certain items may not be available for international shipping due to vendor restrictions, customs laws, or carrier limitations.
- Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses unless specifically allowed by the vendor.
4) Delivery Estimates
- Estimated delivery times will be provided at checkout (if available).
- Standard U.S. shipping typically takes 7–21 business days after processing. International orders may take longer.
- Delays caused by customs inspections, supply chain issues, weather, strikes, or carrier disruptions are outside our control and not grounds for cancellation or refund.
5) Tracking Information
- When available, tracking details will be provided by email once the order ships.
- Some vendors may not provide real-time tracking or may use regional carriers with limited tracking visibility.
6) Failed Delivery & Refused Shipments
- If a shipment is returned due to incorrect address, recipient not available, or refusal to accept delivery, the customer is responsible for any reshipping costs plus applicable restocking fees.
- Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable for failed deliveries.
7) Damaged, Lost, or Stolen Packages
- If your package arrives damaged, defective, or is missing items, you must notify us at admin@thenecklife.com within 72 hours of delivery with photos and details.
- For packages marked as "delivered" by the carrier but not received:
- Check with neighbors, household members, or building management.
- Contact the carrier directly to open a missing package claim.
- We may provide reasonable assistance but are not the insurer of shipments. Carrier investigations must be completed before any replacement or refund is considered, and approval is subject to vendor policy.
8) International Orders
- International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and fees, which are the customer's responsibility.
- We are not responsible for customs delays, seizures, or denied imports.
- Customers must ensure products are legally permitted in their country before ordering.
9) Split Shipments
- Orders containing multiple items may arrive in separate packages from different vendors.
- Shipping times and tracking information may differ between items in the same order.
10) Shipping Charges
- Shipping costs are displayed at checkout when available.
- Some items may include shipping directly in the product price; others may calculate at checkout.
- Additional surcharges may apply for oversized, heavy, or international shipments.
11) No Guaranteed Delivery Dates
- We do not guarantee delivery dates for any order.
- Refunds, cancellations, or credits will not be issued for late deliveries, unless required by applicable law.
