1) Introduction

This California Privacy Addendum supplements our main Privacy Policy and applies exclusively to residents of the State of California. It explains your rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA).

Verification

Authorized Agents

Response Timing

We will respond to verifiable requests within 45 days. If we need more time (up to 90 days total), we will notify you of the extension and the reason.

10) Minors Under 16

We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of consumers under 16 years of age without affirmative authorization. Our Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.

11) "Shine the Light" Law

California's "Shine the Light" law (Civil Code § 1798.83) allows California residents to request information about disclosure of personal information to third parties for direct marketing purposes. 12) Changes to This Addendum
