1) General Disclaimer of Warranties
Unless a product page or manufacturer documentation expressly states otherwise, products sold by The Neck Life are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without additional warranties from The Neck Life, LLC. We disclaim all warranties—express, implied, or statutory—including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any arising from course of dealing or trade usage.
2) Manufacturer & Vendor Warranties
- Many items are sourced from third-party vendors or manufacturers.
- Any warranty offered is the original manufacturer’s/vendor’s warranty, if any.
- We do not alter, extend, or supplement manufacturer/vendor warranties.
- You are responsible for completing any required product registration with the manufacturer to activate coverage.
3) Warranty Claims
If your product includes a manufacturer warranty:
- Submit claims directly to the manufacturer/vendor under their terms and procedures.
- We may provide contact details as a courtesy, but we are not responsible for processing, timing, or outcomes of manufacturer warranty service.
- Expect to provide proof of purchase, serial/lot numbers, and clear photos or video of the issue.
4) Exclusions from Warranty
Manufacturer warranties generally do not cover (and we do not cover):
- Normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage, or material aging;
- Improper installation, misuse/abuse, accidents, negligence, or unauthorized modifications/repairs;
- Use outside intended purpose or specifications;
- Commercial use of consumer products (unless expressly warranted);
- Environmental damage (water, heat, fire, freezing, corrosion, UV, etc.);
- Consumables (batteries, filters, seals, bulbs, pads) unless expressly covered.
5) Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- Our liability for defective products is limited to the remedies in our Return & Refund Policy and/or the applicable manufacturer warranty.
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including loss of use, data, profits, goodwill, injury, or property damage.
- Your sole remedy is a return/refund under our policies or repair/replacement under the manufacturer’s warranty (if available).
6) Extended Warranties or Protection Plans
When offered, extended warranties or protection plans are administered by third-party providers and governed by their terms. Review those terms before purchasing.
7) International Orders
Warranty coverage may be country-specific. Some manufacturers limit warranty service to the country/region of purchase. Confirm availability of local service/support before ordering internationally.
8) Legal Rights
This Warranty Policy does not affect rights you may have under applicable consumer-protection laws (including the additional rights for EU/UK consumers in our EU/UK Addendum).
9) Changes to This Policy
We may update this Warranty Policy at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised Effective Date.
